At Global Kitchen India, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below for complete details.
Cancellation Time Frame
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
If the order is cancelled before the product is dispatched, no cancellation charges will be applied and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.
Customized or Made-to-Order Products
Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Charges
In some cases, cancellation charges may apply if the order has already been processed or prepared for dispatch.
Bulk Orders
Bulk or commercial orders may have different cancellation terms. Customers are requested to contact our support team for bulk order cancellations.
Company Rights
Global Kitchen India reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
